This project comprised of the conversation of 9 amalgamated houses to 7no properties with a mix of studio flats and HMO’s.
This project was logistically very difficult given the limited space for stored materials and plant. There was also the difficulty of the detailed work and planning required when dealing with a grade 2 listed building especially with tight spatial constraints.
Good co-ordination and a proactive approach between all parties involved was key to the success of this project.
