Pipefitter

We currently have availability for enthusiastic, skilled pipefitters on a permanent basis. Must be fully conversant with the installation of copper pipework soldering to 54mm, copper, carbon, stainless press fitting to 108mm, steel pipework screwed fittings, waste pipework systems including HDPE, cast iron and solvent weld systems.

Working in a commercial environment, CSCS cards experience in heating and chilled water applications, piping fan coil units, radiators and boiler rooms.

Willing to travel in and around London capable of reading and interpreting drawings and setting out works completing them to a first class standard.

Works will include buildings of national importance and heritage along with commercial, industrial and educational properties.

Experienced Mechanical Estimator

Role available for a candidate that has at least 8 years’ experience within the mechanical building services industry estimating using Ensign estimating software. Able to work alongside other mechanical and/or electrical estimators as well as independently within a busy estimating projects department.

A track record of having successfully estimated a variety of Building Services projects covering Education, Healthcare, Commercial and Residential projects between the values of £100k – £15m, along with proven experience in dealing directly with clients. Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, able to inspire, influence and negotiate.

Hold a sound working knowledge of up to date building regulations and coding.

Drive and determination to progress their career into a senior role.

Mechanical Project Manager

Project manager required at various sites in and around the M25.

Duties include:

Receive estimate from estimator and attend pre-order meeting / Address all H&S issues: risk assessments, H&S plans etc / Possess SMSTS & CSCS Card / Produce and agree project programme / Coordinate services with other trade / Liaise with in house CAD technicians and design engineers.

Review technical aspects of system proposals / Procure tube and fittings / Source and procure plant items: air handling units, boiler etc / Source and procure sub-contractors: ductwork, controls, insulation, air conditioning, plumbing & pipework Check and sign off invoices / Manage site operatives / Attend project meeting / Snag and quality control installation / Manage all commissioning activities / Prepare and submit monthly applications / Prepare and submit variations

Plumbing and heating Engineer

Currently seeking experienced Gas Safe Plumbing and Heating Engineers to work within commercial and domestic building sites across London.

Candidate will need NVQ level 3 qualifications and Bpec Unvented certificates would be more favourable.

Must supply own tools and safety boots.

Candidate must be competent in- 1st fixing including copper and hep pipe- 1st fixing SVP pipes and testing- Installation on unvented cylinders (unvented ticket must be in date)- Copper bathroom pre plumbs inc geberit toilet frames and concealed Hansgrohe valves- High standard 2nd fix of sanitaryware- 2nd fix baths including TMV blenders/ shower trays

Must have CSCS Card - Plumbing / Heating / Gas
