This mixed use residential and office development was landlocked on all sides by Victorian housing. A large open plan office was constructed on the ground floor with a single storey ‘pavilion’ residence and extensive roof garden located on the first floor. We were working closely with the architects to deliver this project to their exact specification on this highly sensitive site in the heart of Vauxhall.

The building services had to be neatly installed as the building has a concrete finish.

SOME OF THE TASKS THAT WE SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED DURING THE CONSTRUCTION:
  • Installation of LTHW underfloor heating system from ground source heat pump
  • LTHW service to AHU for swimming pool
  • Ventilation services
  • Fixing of contemporary sanitary ware
